When calling the hotel, please mention Epicor Perspectives to receive the group rate: $209.00 for single or double rooms, $249.00 for Palace Tower rooms and $279.00 for Augustus Tower. These rates are available on a space available basis from October 16 through October 25, 2008, and may be used by Epicor Perspectives 2008 attendees only.

The hotel must receive all reservations no later than September 29, 2008. Reservations received after that date will be on a space-available basis only. Please note that the room block may sell out before September 29, so make your reservations early.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. All reservations must be accompanied by the first night’s deposit in order for the reservations to be processed and confirmed. Individual cancellations received up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received within seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and ‘No Shows’ will be charged one night’s room and tax.
